Mrs Vatsala Mishra

Mrs Vatsala Mishra was born and brought up in Lucknow. She completed her M.A. and B.Ed. from Lucknow University. Her ability to relate to all, came in handy, when she started Taleem, a school for under-privileged children at Air Force Station, Tezpur.

She is married to Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra AVSM VSM since May 1993 and has been a huge strength and support as well as a friend and guide to the Air Marshal. She has accompanied him on all assignments both in India and abroad. In her association with Air Force spanning over three decades, she has been actively involved in AFFWA activities and welfare causes.

Her hobbies include gardening and music. She is very fond of nature. She has two sons, Shaaranya and Shantanu.
