Mrs Anjali Chauhan

Mrs Anjali Chauhan has assumed the charge of President AFFWA (Regional), Western Air Command on 01 May 26.

An alumnus of Avadh Girls Degree College, Mrs Anjali Chauhan holds two and half decades of experience in the field of Human Resource Management, including at IBM. Until recently, she has been the Senior Vice President at HDFC Ergo, handling business HR for the Northen Region.

As a Sangini, she has extended her support to AFFWA for the past three decades. She has contributed as President AFFWA (Local) as well as Vice President AFFWA (Regional) and has put in place initiatives towards welfare of IAF families at every tenure, with special emphasis on empowerment of Veer Naris.

She enjoys travelling and readings and is a connoisseur of history and culture. She is also a keen golfer and fitness enthusiast. She is married to Air Marshal George Thomas. The couple have two children, a daughter and a son.
