Mrs Asha Bhadauria

Under the able guidance of Mrs Asha Bhadauria, AFWWA scaled to new heights and expanded its activities despite tough challenges imposed by Covid pandemic. Few of these includes extension of accidental insurance to students of Umeed VTC & UVKS, conduct of entrepreneur course by IIM, Cyber Crime intervention Officers Course and webinars for Sanginis, employment to special children and widows, provision of Speech Therapy Station at Umeed VTC, bifurcation of Sashakt Sangini and Umeed VTC, launching of new product line by Sashakt Sangini and extensive infrastructural development at AFWWA hostel and other ventures. During hard times of Covid, AFWWA also undertook various philanthropic activities as aid to nations' fight against Covid i.e donation to migrant workers, distribution of daily need essentials to needy families of weaker section of society, initiation of community kitchen, donation of masks, medical eqpt / aid / Covid support material to designated Covid hospitals / various SMCs, institution of a special scholarship to solace children  who lost their parents due to Covid.
