Sambhav Kadam Foundation
Sambhav Kadam Foundation (SKF) offers various courses under Project Deepak for IAF personnel of all ranks, their spouses, and wards. Courses scheduled for 2025 are open for application. Project Akashdeep
Admissions are open for the wards of Indian Air Force personnel at Flame University, Pune, Maharashtra. The first admission cycle closes on 04 May 2025. For availing concession, interested individual may apply now at www.akashdeep.iaf.in under ACAS (EDN).

Scholarship Portal
A common Scholarship Portal for wards of Air Force Personnel has been formulated. Salient features on implementation of this portal are as follows:- Duplicate Scholarships extended by agencies like IAFBA have been omitted A centralized portal has been developed for the ease of filling applications An automated process to avoid errors
Home Management at Umeed VTC
A home management segment at Umeed VTC has been revived so as to enable the special children to skill themselves for regular main stream jobs. Items like Dosa batter, Namkeens, Papads etc are taught to the children. The products made are thereafter sold at the AFFWA shops.
AFFWA Knittathon Drive
Knittathon, a mammoth dive conducted by AFFWA wherein, 41,514 caps were hand knitted by approximately 3000 Sanginis across the length and breadth our country with precision implying that each cap was similar in length and width and these caps were distributed to the needy pan India. The association also made a world record under the category of largest display of hand knitted caps and the best outcome of this drive has been the Vayan brand
Sangini Fest
A Sangini Fest was organized in the month of March 2023. Sanginis participated in this Fest from various units spread all over India. It was an apt platform for the budding entrepreneurs as we promoted made handmade products.
Samriddhi Complex
Samriddhi Complex is a multi skilling Vocational Centre for the Sanginis, which has been recently set up at the Marut Camp, previously known as Old Willingdon Camp of AFND. This multi vocational center houses three brands of AFFWA namely, Vayan-The venture of woolen items Mudran- The block printing venture AFFWA Kitchen & Café Urja
