AFFWA Interaction and Inauguration of Sashakt Sangini Bakery & Skill Development Centre – 19 Jun 26

On 19 Jun 26, Mrs Sarita Singh, President AFFWA, inaugurated the Sashakt Sangini Bakery & Skill Development (Baking) Centre at Marut Camp, marking a significant step towards empowering talented Sanginis through skill development and entrepreneurship.

This was followed by an AFFWA Interaction conducted at Jaswant Hall, Air Force Station New Delhi, chaired by President AFFWA, along with Presidents AFFWA (Regional) and Executive Committee Members. The interaction served as a meaningful platform to review ongoing welfare initiatives, assess progress and collectively plan the way ahead for the welfare of Air Force families.

AIMS Media presented the progress of the Art & Design Project under the Academic Intervention initiative for Umeed Asha Kiran Schools. The presentation highlighted the customised curriculum and level-wise books designed to support structured, inclusive and ability-based learning for special children.

The interaction reaffirmed AFFWA’s commitment towards empowerment, inclusion, sustainability and welfare of Air Force families.
