On 26 Aug 25, the AFFWA Declamation Contest 2025 was held at the Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, under the chairmanship of Mrs. Sarita Singh, President AFFWA.

After a six-year gap of virtual editions due to COVID-19, the contest returned to its vibrant in-person format with 16 young contestants proudly representing their respective Commands.

The distinguished jury - Mrs. Nandita Mukerji, Author Sherry, Dr. Krishna Bhati, Prof. (Dr.) Niranjan Kumar, Prof. Punam Kumari and Dr. Tanu Jain - shared pearls of wisdom drawn from their rich and diverse experience.

The event was made truly special by performances from Master Samip Mishra of AFGJI Special Wing, Master Kartik of Umeed VTC and a heartwarming group act by children of Umeed Vocational Training Centre and Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute & Special Wing.
